so I'm looking everywhere for a rear axle and I came across an 83 Celica rear end I was wondering if it would fit my 81 Celica GT coupe..

Yup! As long as it is not an 83 GT-S with the IRS you should be good to go. Might have to work on the mounting points for the control arms, but that is it. What is wrong with your axle? If it is just a bearing or gear issue, it might be easier to fix. If it is bent that is different. If you are looking for disc brakes, then the only real option is a 1st gen supra axle.

Thanks.. I just went to 5 different junkyatds who said they had one .. but not one actually had one... I drove Luke crazy.. these junkyards sukk
