First post, been putting it off. Always loved the second gen celica. So rather then put the 22r-te i built into my truck I sold it and after looking for a while picked up this beaut. Came w boxes of parts and a like new interior.

THen got some new shoes for her and debaged a bit



then i noticed the vale cover leaking so i cleaned up the vale cover for the hybrid build i was working on and cut and welded a shifter



Didnt care for the chrome side pannels so used some trim black to clean up the look



then picked up a first gen wing and started retrofiting it



with that all in the works the brushed dash that was aging botherd me so i redid it. carbon anyone?



That brings it up to date for the build. Ill update as I go. Any questions or comments/Ideas feel free to chime in.

Great progress so far! I really love the second gens, if you can't tell already.

also striped all of the side moldings to find out the car was originally black the drivers doors been replaced w a silver one red fender then car painted white, just fun facts.

Also got a few things ordered:
86 coil-over sleeves
t3 tophats and rca's

still looking for flairs and bumpers

and a teaser of the new hotnes

PANASPORTS!? OOH WEE! I am painting mine to match that!

nice , factory sun roof, been looking for an 80-81 like this .
