Someone can help me, how to adjust a steering box from an Toyota Corolla ke30 1976.
Thanks.
normally toyota did it like this:
between the shaft and the chassis you must find
a nut with a flat screew driver bolt type in the middle
loose the nut with a long type socket and then tight the bolt just in 90§ turns very slowly and comparing using the steering wheel.
YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS,YOU CAN BREAK AND DESTROY THE INTERNAL WITH TIME ,,IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
before you did this ,i recomend to chek the steering linkage and fix all the system if possible
after that ,,the adjusting should be small and not compromise the internal and the future of the car..
my price for the diagnosis and the telepatic troubleshooting is
a "thank you " from you or any other member that found this helpful.
