It all depends on what you are going to do with this car. If this is going to be an every day driver, you'll have a handful of things you'll want to check and replace.
The 5M is pretty stout; mine lasted 240k miles before it blew the headgasket. I've heard other people have had weird issues with the EFI system/wiring.
Check/replace the rear differential mount, rear crossmember mounts (Super Pro sells a nice set), the blower motor has been a common thing to go bad, the rear seal (driveshaft seal) on the trans tends to leak after a while, it's a $5 seal that is worth replacing.
