 This my Wagon. Purchased in 09 as I retired from the Army and been slowly bringiing her back to life. I started with the body since she was in running condition when purchased. My next project is the ENGINE. There is where you Toyota freaks come IN. She has an 18RC with Auto Trainy. Would like to drop a 5 speed and not sure on the engine; but would like her to Scream.

Any suggestion?

Will add more pics and Her restoration.

What percent is the tint on your windows? Thats the next thing to do on my shwagon.

These things are awesome and that color looks sick. A drop would improve the look quite a bit imo. Maybe some dif shoes just to see if youd like them any better. Choices are fun! Good luck with it!

She was preaty beat up. Had been sitting for over 2 years. Guy listed her on CL. I had to check her out. Hook my battery to the Wagon and she started right up. I was SO surprised I had to buy her and bring back to her former GLORY. Filled up dryrotted tires; put in a New Battery and took her home.

Her NEW Wheels a CL find for $500. I know, I've read the comments about the tires. After the engine probably will get some Chromes or will try to find originals.

Took off bumpers to rechrome and fix.

Trany did not go into Reverse. After tune-up and replacing ALL Fluids sendiing to fix.

Sorry, lost or deleted pics from engine compartment. Anyways, pulled engine, stripped, cut metal below battery, rewelded New sheet, primed, etc....

She also received new UNDERCOATING. She should last another 40 YEARS.
