I got all my rubber from Rare Spares out of Australia(http://www.rarespares.net.au/rarespares/). The prices were not bad then because we had a good exchange rate, it might not be so good now. I got the rubber kit for the KE35 (COR6).

Sweet, wish mine was in this good of shape, its in the garage now. I got big plans for it, it has an AE86 GTS rear end on it, I have and AE86 SR5 cross member with steering rack, struts, and brakes and links for it. if I weren't looking to buy a house this thing would be 75% complete by now. I checked Rare Spares for the weather strip kit, its damn near a grand for it, so it might have to wait a bit, gotta get my engine in order first. Im going resto/mod so its going to be a fairly stock looking car with all the fun stuff under the hood and suspension.
