1988 Toyota Sprinter SE saloon

Chassis code : AE91 sedan
Engine: LASRE 5A
Powertrain configuration: FF
Transmission: Manual 5 speed

Interior: Maroon
Glass: Brown

This car was imported to the Philippines from Japan in 1995. Originally the car is white, so ill repaint it back to white.
Originally it was a RHD, it was now converted to LHD. The dashboard is original LHD. has power steering and power mirrors. Quite rare here as I have only seen three of these in my life time.

Parts are ready and the car is ready for restoration. Parts were taken from a JDM 1990 Sprinter GT sedan.

Hopefully I plan it too become like this!*

*(Picture above is not mine, i just borrowed it from the net for inspiration)

I'm still looking for a shop to help me restore it. If i cant find one, I'll restore it myself.

test fitted the parts and peeled of the old paint....literally the old re spray paint easily peeled off using a scraper. though some portions of the paint are still tough to scrape.

looks good!
