It runs on brake cleaner!!

Good working fuel pump is on its way, then EFI and Fuel line/ injectors can be tested. Wiring harness works at least!

Got a nice old skool HKS power filter and repainted it.

Busy with all kind of problems. A carbed engine is so much easier... :x

Need an extra fuelpump, the clutch cilinder is faulty, and so on

Copper headgasket was leaking twice, so went to the normal HG. Engine runs fine and smooth, glad i am rid of the 5000 carb hoses and it accelarates without very lean spots on the Air fuel ratio meter.

What computer are you using to run this?
Is it the EP71 computer or did you "upgrade" to the EP82?

Cheers

Yes upgraded to the EP81 2EE computer, because the dinosaur-technology EP71 ECU was intended for a carb setup and not injectors. It worked on several vacuum switched valves, and that was the real problem those faulty hoses.

The 2EFE runs very well now drive to work with it, nice quick engine compared to the driving with 12V 2E head on it. I guess it has about 85 din HP compared to the 75 stock

Busy with water-meth injection for it now
