I got the car in 2001. It's a 1981 Toyota Celica GT. It has a 2TG engine with 2 dual solex carbs, but otherwise stock.

What about the body kit, hood bulge, wing, fog lights, and wheels? :P

Now that i have some free time i can tell something about the car. It was bouth new in switzerland and i am the second owner of it, and it has only 880000miles. After i got it at 2001 i drove it for about a year and the started modifying it. First of all i took the wheeles from my 84 supra, and started to make the bodykit myself. When i got it it had the hood scoopand the little spoiler on it already. The interior is completely stock except for the sterio but i have the original unit. The engine is stock exept for the carbs and the exaust which is a 4-2-1 system. And if anyone wants to know about my other car the 1984 Celica Supra it is a restoration project that will probably never will get started.

Sorry i dont have any pictures becouse my laptop was stolen along with all of my photos. But basiclly my friend made the templates from foam and the i started to lay fiberglass on them. It took about 6-7 weeks until i finished the side and the rear bodykits. The front kit is made from rubber so is the spoiler at the back and i have no idea how that is done, but the great thing is the frons spoiler doesent crack or chip at all. Here are some photos of the bodykit right before paint.

Looks clean, but the kit makes it look too F&F tryhard JDMfanboy-spec to me. Sorry :|
That said, the front bar looks pretty cool, if you got rid of the skirts and rear bar it would be cool :)

I like that kit... it would look so much better with JDM aftermarket rims. The Supra rims, actually make it look plainer than it is. Not really a fan of factory alloys.

I plan on adding some subtle S13 side skirts, a Hakosuka front lip, and a Restored.jp rear wing to my 87 S12 200SX coupe, when I restore it this Spring... so it looks more sportier like your Celica. I want to restore it, but not make it look like just some lame old car. After I paint it, I'm gonna throw on my old school SSR EX-C 15x7s, from my S13, on it. The style I'm going for is more Garuchan/Shakotan, not ricey and F&F.

I hate riced out cars... but the right ground effects(if done right) , can make a plain jane into a stunner.

Keep up the good work. :)

Hi,
Nice car with the right engine on it. What about the rims, there are on 14 or 15 inches?
I work on a MA61 with those Célica Supra rims, 14 inches, and try to find with 15 ", not easy...

That is such a nice Celica. The Supra rims fit it perfectly. I did not know they made 15" versions, I only have 14"s on mine. I am having trouble finding RWL tires to fit.... I wish I had 15"s lol. Good job!

ya the 15s are harder to find. there are bigger ones out there.......... i do believe the size is made specifically for the celicasupra (MK2 i think) you would have to go read on CS.com about the size and everything. im sure it would work on other cars.
