Hey man, I think what your looking for has been lost to the sands of time. Back before 1988 Subaru rally cars where not factory backed (AKA Works cars). So Each car entered was modified by the team entering it, which means documentation is going to be, for lack of a better term, Non-existent. That being said, since each car was modified for rally by the individual as opposed to a corporation, that gives you more flex room to build the car to your needs, as long as the modifications are period correct you cant go wrong really
