wow im failing at keeping this thread up to date

got it home and started having issues starting did a compression test less then 60 psi all the way across :( teaches me to not adjust the carb when moving up 4000 feet in elevation and driving it for a year

so i parked it and it awaits a rebuild maybe a swap not sure yet kinda waiting till tax time to see what comes along

with luck ill have it at canby this year but odds are ill be in the subaru possibly picking up an engine for it

SHE LIVES!!! after the car stopped running and my oil in the cylinder test i never messed with it well the other day i got bored and checked out the valve adjustment ...hmmm cant get a .008 in the intake interesting.... adjusted them and watched as the valves closed *facepalm* so now she is running and driving again here are a few pics again go to the ratsun build for more pics

tonight i played with my su's figured out that there is a part of the linkage that is completly useless lol i also took the domes off and cleaned everything up there was some gummy old oil build up that wasnt allowing them to slide right now they slide like butter

comming soon to a 610 near me

Nice job on the car. I like how you saw it through even if you didn't have a lot of money to spend. Your paint job looks good on it. Ill keep my eye out for this car if I head north for a car show.

thanks man thats the beautiful thing about having the knowlege that i do i dont have to spend alot of money to make it work i would like to make it to jccs but thats a good 16-20 hour run

well ive been teaching myself body work as some of you may know this car is a 73 and it same with the 73 sheet metal but the left fromt had been hit
