No longer have the car, sadly. I sold it to a guy who put a 3.2l Robello engine in. Said the header alone cost $6k or something stupid like that.

Anyway, sure do miss this car. Just thought I'd share.

1970. Was red from the factory. Some dumbass painted it a hideous maroon color in the 80's or 90's. That paint job had long faded. I just chose my favorite factory color from all the factory Z color options even though this green wasn't offered until 1973 I think.

I just picked up a 73 Metallic Green from NoCal last week. It doesn't seem like that's a very well-liked color, but I love it! :D

I remember the color in 1973, a fellow student I went to college with bought an automatic 240 that color. I liked that it was mated with the tan interior, that green still looks good to me.

That car looks great, color and all, and one you won't see on a 1970. Makes me want to start doing a couple reversible things to my own '70, like a BRE front spook and throw on the 5 slot mags I have sitting around collecting dust.
