a buddy just came across an HGC-211, the price would be around $13K USD after i shipped it home.. not sure if its a good buy or not. I'm not too fond of the EFI L20, i would pitch it and throw a carb'd 28 in as soon as i could, aside from that its just kind of bland i guess. (check the pics)
needs flares, and a wing, maybe a kenmeri style wing would make it look better.

its lowered, not sure HOW yet, has longchamps, and a fuel cell for some unknown reason. guessing the tank or the pump just went bad and the owner just swapped it.

its a a 2000 GTEX..

serious opinions only please.

also throw up some pics of really clean ones if you have seen any. this would be my wifes car, then get passed to my daughter when she can drive in a couple of years.

Ok, I'll pick up the gauntlet.
Just my own opinion but you did ask. To me it doesn't seem like you're that keen on that particular generation of Skyline, I dont know whether nailing arches & spoilers to it would help or just make you dislike it a little less. As for value, you're in the right place to know what they sell for in that condition and with those mods, and indeed if this particular car really is as good as it looks in the pictures.
I have no idea if it would be worth that price in the US, it seems a touch strong for the UK but then they're a rare beast in either place. If you love the car and want to pay the price, that's what it's worth I guess.
Hope that's helped !

I'm a fan of these cars but unline the hakosuka the four-doors do nothing for me. It is a GT-EX, though...

I like it. I do think you could get a car you would like more for the same price shipped over here. I think the car is a little bland but would make a nice undercover daily. You may want to hold off incase a car you really like comes along. Then if you have the car and didn't find another car beforeq you come back pick it up.

thanks for the input, i will probably pass, its for my wife and she kinda likes it BUT I'm sure if anything 2 door came through she would like that much better.

i found a couple online and even with some body mods its still just not what I'm looking for.

The Japan parts are more scare. If you are having a difficult time sourcing Hakosuka parts you will kill yourself trying to get something for the Japan.

The color is cool and I do not thiink there is a 4dr Japan stateside.

The japan is awesome. If I could get one like that for 15 (and if I could get 15k to do it.) I totally would. But if you don't love it, don't after all it's yours not mine.(unless you're a kind philanthropic soul and wish to buy one for me)
