next step - Front axle


- fully new built aluminum hub
- vented brake discs
- bigger calipers
- new wheels
- track tires


As I mentioned before I want to swap my bolt pattern from 4x114,3 to 4x100 because of the bulk of parts on our market. So I can use bigger, non OEM vented rotors from a .... fiat and calipers from a BMW E36.

So I have to design my own Hub and brake caliper adaptor. Because of the diamensons and the nonsuspended masses of course I used 7075 aluminum which is used in formula student and race cars too.

I used the christmas and new year holidays for some work.

I got the new aluminum hubs

and pressed in the new bearings

Problem: caused of the radius I had to grind down a bit of the head
