long time nothing new... again...

BUT

The Rotary is in place and is fixed with custom-homemade-engineholders on the sides.
On the rear the transmission stands on the modified crossmember section.

no bushings at all. Will see if I need them when I start the engine the first time.

Another thing I thought about these days is the water pump. Caused by my turbo-manifold I have to change the Inside?? tube of the mechanical water pump.
The other way would be a electrical water pump (EWP). So I had to relocate the alternator.
I will build a bracket soon to fix it to the engine

First step building a bracket to install hoses directly to the engine.

What do you think...

I want to use the EWP115 from davies craig.

Would look like this system from "Greg E" from ausrotary.com

Or do you use other ones?

Today I reconditioned the 13B injectors. New seals will make a big difference on a old car/engine. I assessed this on my Altezza ... and this car is made 1999 not in the eightys!

stock and reconditioned Injector
on the left all new seals which came with the set

"I will do my very best"

I haven´t the place to work on chassis and body at the same time.
When the engine starts und run well (as he did before the conversion) I can start to build Brakes, hubs and the rearend. After all welding and designing things are done the chassis will change place with the body and would come to a sandblast and powder coating shop. Hope to find a affordable one.

Thanks for your comments!

I´m glad to hear all the stuff works :tu:

Yesterday I ordered some stuff:
- Silicone hoses
- clamps
- fuel filter (BOSCH)
- fuel lines
- Davies Craig (electric water pump) EWP115

next week I start my internship at Porsche, 150km away. So I hope to have time to work on the project on the weekends. Maybe I can get some technical help from the guys there for my hubs and aluminum fuel tank. :D

stay tuned!
