They have historically been rather difficult to deal with over the internet due to the language barriers, but i'm planning a trip to Japan later this year and need to get some parts from Jenesis shipped back to NZ via my contact Ewan at Hayatonka, so if you're willing to wait until Sep/Oct I'll see if something can be hammered out on your behalf.
