Paint code help

Im looking at repainting my 910 and this one happens to be the colour im going for

Any ides of the code? I don't think its a 910 colour but i think its still a datsun colour since it works so well.

does anyone know about this colour?
does anyone have the paint code?
or more pictures of cars the same colour?

this also apares to be the same colour?

this is one of my 910s, the one im thinking of painting. (its lower now)

Dark reds similar to the colour you want are found on most NZ new Nissans. The colour your Bluebird is now is called Beaujolais (pronounced Bo-ja-lay)

cheers nzmax, i was aming for a solid colour lacquer so im not entirely sure if you helped me out since those maximas all appare to be 2part emnamal metalic.

but it would be sweet if someone knew and could just say, oh its this colour.

Im thinking it might be paint code 521, maybe i should get like a small amount of it so i can test it out.

No worries...i tried...lol

Have you tried a panelbeater? Years ago, they used to have a colour sample folder/fold out thingee, that showed the colour, paint type as well as the paint code, similar to what paint shops have today for house paint. These days it will be all done by paint code and computer, but some of the panelbeating shops that have been around for years may still have the samples mkicking round.

Worth a shot.
