Trying to find a Mustang 8.8 rear end with the Datsun lug bolt pattern and setting it up with the datsun 4 link brackets...
Ford hasn't used the 4x4.5" bolt pattern in anything since the late '60s/early '70s.

Don't you mean the mid 70's/early 80's?.. I could be wrong, but didn't the mid 70's Mustang IIs and early 79-83 Fox body Mustangs/Capris/Fairmont/Zephyr use the 4x4.5 bolt pattern. I know the Mustang IIs DEFINITELY used that bolt pattern. I think the Mustangs switched to the 4x108 pattern, either around 85, 86, or 87. I think when the Mustang switched to the single halogen headlights from 87-93, the bolt pattern was changed to 4x108 or 4x4.25.
I'm not sure... since the last Fox bodies I owned were my '80 Mercury Capri RS and '79 Mercury Zephyr... and that was around 1987-89.
Other older cars that use the 4x4.5 bolt pattern are early Saab 900s till 85, MGBs, Triumphs, and Chevy Vegas/Monzas and Pontiac Astres/Sunbirds. Maybe, he could use a couple parts from some of those cars to use on the 210.
