This is hands down my favorite thread on any forum that I've ever visited. Thank you for sharing so much about this car over the years and congratulations on successfully transporting it to the U.S. It would be great to see this car in person someday!

I just spent the last several hours reading this from start to finish.
David, amazing job you did on restoring that tiny little classic car, my hats off to you for sure.
I wish that classic mitsubishi cars and Japanese cars in general were more obtainable here state side.

Thanks for reading the whole thing! If you're ever in Texas, let me know and you can come check out the old girl!

Thank you so much for the kind comments on the restoration! I really love these hard to get your hands on type cars like the Mitsubishi or my Isuzus.

There haven't been any updates recently on this because I haven't been back to the US for such a long time. Hopefully, my wife and I will be moving back shortly and then some new updates for the old girl will start rolling in!

Thanks everyone for reading!

Cheers,
David

Thank you for sharing this amazing experience! Your detail made me feel like I was there for at least the hour or so that I was reading it. Quite an amazing car for sure!
