I have a 77 Arrow GT with a Direct-><-Connection LSD
and I'm woundering what gears came stock as well as optional through
the dealer as well as after market?
Question I have is, my rear gear seem really tall, and the motor Revs really high while on the Highway?
I think I have a 3:54?

If you have a 3.90, 4000rpm in 4th gear should be right at 70-72mph. Try that first. If your RPMs at 70mph are lower, you have a lower number diff ratio, higher RPM, higher number ratio. :tu:

My arrow was a 2000 5sp maual, so should be a 3:90 if joes right.
But the Original owner (2 people before me) had a LSD instaled at the dealer when purchesed, but i'm not sure of the gearing?

I thought there was a math-matic way to spin the wheel 1 rotation and count the drive shaft rotations then us that math stuff to figure it out?

You can also get gears off a sapporo rear end assuming yours is still a 180mm Give you the option of a 3.3 if you can find it

if you get hard core enough to look inside

3.54 has a 39 tooth ring with a 11 tooth pinion
3.90 has a 43 tooth ring with a 11 tooth pinion
4.22 has a 38 tooth ring with a 9 tooh pinion
