We are now at the middle of the old town…this is one the the famous
landmarks in Bangkok.

It’s a long building currently use by the Department of Defense…a la
The US. Pentagon…..

Drove further to the old 100+ years old theatre ..... The eye-sore electric
wires will remain a serious sin to those people in-charge……for the rest of
their miserable lives !

Champs Elysees of The East

This is Rajdamnoen Road …

Back in 1932 when Thailand have changed the country from Monarchy to
Democracy…Those movers & shakers , whom mostly went to study in
Paris, came back with Paris’ Champs Elysees in mind…and order the
buildings along Bangkok’s main street to resemble those …..

You have some very good choice of car collection. Love the flares on your Mustang. I would like to shake your hands for doing a great job on your cars. Like to go to Thailand too.

Hi Drive-By,

Thanks for the kind words.

I did like them whitewalls too, except when they ate into the tires as they are made out of raw rubber and only attached in-between the rim and the tire. Worst, the whitewalls aged faster than the tires and they " disformed " ...so out they go....

.....but....for the look...they help made the car not ordinary !

Cheers,

GM.
