Pretty damn rare van. Mitsubishi was the first to supercharge a k vehicle in 1987, and well, I own one now :)

She has around 41hp and is a draw through carb setup. Pretty damn fun van, with some special aero just for the supercharged estate version. Nice things like a steering wheel that says supercharger on it lol.

Here is a quick picture.

Too many lol. Ive been cruising the van around thr last day. Seems like it gets mid 20s mpg at 60 whichbits max governed speed qt about 6300rpm. Im sure if I cruise around 45 to 50 my mpg will increase drastically.

Interesting... so the name is 1987 Mitsubishi Minicab? I'm going to research on that engine and check if I can use that supercharger on my car. :D Unless some already did, and would like to tell us if it works. :D

Lol, I see similarities but it's not the a Suzuki, it's definitely a Mitsubishi. Most of the Kei cars and Microvans all look very similar, but they have their differences which are easily identifiable.

32hp if I remember right on the early single carb. They had a 5 valve version as well, quite a few variants. THe dangan z 15v turbo engine is up around 70hp I believe, or was it 60s.

Sweet van! The best part about the 25 year rolling exemption is the cool kei cars we'll be seeing in the states soon.
