I think you might be in a bit of trouble there. It's virtually impossible to get rubbers for my '75 hardtop (model after your's) but I managed to miraculously score a front rubber in a group buy from japan that a guy put together on sigma-galant.com a few years ago.
Perhaps ask over there, but keep in mind we didn't get the GA/GB galants in two door hardtops over here in Australia, and I know for a fact that the rubbers are different between the sedan and hardtop in the later models like mine.

a qualified specialist should be able to pull out the glass + rubber intact

How hard is the rubber?
If it's compliant why can't it be taken out in tact? I removed every window in my 75 wagon (to paint), and then refitted them all (yes every one) with the same rubbers?

And I mean every window rubber
