Well my story starts by driving from TX to Iowa 15 Hours to go c this RX2 I was going to buy. After 15 straight hours i get to the house, we open the garage and wow their she was, shes in great condition just a little bump here and their absolutely no rust, the floors are new, nothing is missing and she only has 65,007 original miles, even the cigarette lighter works.
I pay the man and load it up on my truck to drive 15 hours back home (TX).

Here's the good part, after some good research I contacted the original owner and the car was garaged from 1991 to 2005 when it was restored and painted then sold to the person who I bought it from who stored it from 2005 to 2009 installed the 13B 6 port streetport engine and gsl-se tranny and lsd and sold it to me.

The car hasn't been registered since 1991 so its like if I was the second owner.

Hers some pics.

The engine install will be this coming weekend so be tuned.

The car is beautiful. You started off with a clean, well cared-for example and made it even nicer with the right parts. Good job!

I think bridgeports sound great on oldschool rotarys, plus cant complain on the power increase

Your cars looking real good. How do you like the coilovers? Is it still possible to lower the ride height further. Also how much more thread adjustment do you have for the spring perches.

I really like the coilovers, when they said it was bolt on it really is bolton, everything was a perfect fit, ride hight well i have it at half the thread and the front tire and back tire are flush with the fenders so yes u can drop the car even further, ride comfort well u have 30 cliks to pick whatever u want solid or like a cadillac.

sweet ride indeed man, love the two coupe.

Yeap, go the carb, injection is so fiddly on bridgeports. Could see a nice 48 or 51 mm weber on it there!!

The rubber line or metal line?

FYI, You can buy new metal lines in several lengths from places like Pep Boys. :tu:

Sorry, its the brake lines from the inner fender to the caliper, they were in bridel and the top where it connects to the caliper just got loose and started leaking.

I found some brake lines in RE-Speed so i think ill go with it.

I picked them up directly by calling function and form itself, they gave them to me for 1600 including shipping to my door, anywhere else there at 2000 right now.
If u wanna contact them tell them that Fernando gave you their number and they will give u a good price, remember they only have like 7 left in stock and they wont be produced again.
