Hey gang,

I thought I was done for the year with any more vehicles for the collection! Then up pops this grand old lady.

Its a 1967 1500 SUA-DX deluxe sedan. Lark beige in colour with the awesome chocolate and red interior. Genuine one owner vehicle with all books, even found the original trouble light still in the Mazda box in the boot.

Still sporting the original 1.5 UB engine. Also has the factory whitewall tyre still in the boot!! Last saw the road in 1992, now retiring in style at the museum, Enjoy.

Another Great find Timbo, it even has the genuine Mazda Rock for a hand brake. You get all the rare options, hey.

Cheers...

I know mate, the bonus you find in the tool kit! The chap that owned it backed all the brakes off in 1992 so the shoes wouldn't stick to the drums as he read it in the manual! The bonus is the new place has a garden rockery out front so even the rock can retire from active duty!

Thanks Benn, mate certainly don't go looking, just came out of the woodworks, looked at over a year ago and completely forgot about it, and the old chap rang me up still wondering when I was coming to get it. This was it's sister car that he bought for spares.

Excellent car and appears to be the best one yet. And it has a towbar!

What else would you need on your Lark Beige 1500 Deluxe?

Mate, factory option too the owner told me, he bought it at the first service and had Mazda fit it, still has the original bumper brackets in the boot to swap it back
