Love the old school jap rims mate, looks like you have more of them than cars! lol..

The 808 will look perfect with MK3's
Even better the 1200 with XR4's

Time for another wheel change on the 808, this time some 17in Meisters, also some custom coilovers to get it a little lower.....and the XR4's have been on the 1200 now for a couple of months.

Me too! I love it more than any car I've owned in probably the last 8-9 years!

Missed posting my last wheel change on the 1200 back in February this year.....1 piece 13in early Work Equip 01's. I wasn't in love with them at first, but they grew on me. Good for a change from the past few sets of 3 piece SSR's anyway, so I ran with them for a bit.

The over the weekend I decided to put the sharks back on but in a new colour....something a bit bright this time as I felt the alternate, non-machined star got a bit lost in black. No standard red or gold either, gotta stand out! I also decided the orange trim didn't work with them(the 2 bright colours were competing), so back to black, which is a welcome change after 4 years or so with the orange. I also changed the gear knob to another one I got on my recent Japan trip....cool or not, I don't care, it's different.

Must say I'm still thoroughly impressed with your little 1200 Wagon!!
I'm normally big on originality, so I ought to love the return of that standard black interior, but the orange interior just went soooooo well with the low-key green exterior. Really made it POP...!! :tu:
Quite like the simple unadorned look of those Works alloys on your Wagon...
Please keep spoiling us with pics!

Thanks, I love the orange too.....always wanted it since I first saw a 1300 STB with the same colour combo. It took a fair amount of effort to track down and get that interior for the car, so it won't be going anywhere but into storage!!

It was just too much with the bright green wheels, and I was ready to put the original interior back in after repairing the drivers seat a few months ago. It broke around 4 years ago, which prompted the change to orange.....now the wheel colour has prompted the change back to stock.

PDR next....45 years on the road has seen it acquire many little dents and after 6 years ownership I've finally decided to have some removed. Not all, as they're part of it's history and character, but there's just a few too many so it's time to have it straightened out a little.

The Equips were nice, but just lacked "something" and I was itching to get the green Sharks on anyway. :D
