Your correct degruchy, these tail light holes are custom not O.E.M.

Can somebody confirm for 100% what version with the round taillights are? A basemodel under the normal grade and DeLuxe grade? And the Sedan got oval headlights and new grille with the introduction of the Familia 1000. Did the 800 also got that nose in 1965?

This grill is unique for 1000 2/4 doors sedan. Looking carefully at my prospetous, its highly possible that besides the 800 base model, there was a 1000 base model (sedan) with round tail lights, but never a coupe.
1000 coupe had never that kind of "base" model.
