Hi, I am still rebuilding my 81 626 and want to upgrade my con rod bolts to ARP ones (or similar), but as ARP don't give out any specs for their fasteners (thread pitch, length, size) I'm not sure and can't find out if any of their rod bolts will suit my engine.
Apparently the original rod bolts are prone to letting go at hi RPM, and I really dont want to throw all the money I have spent rebuilding my engine away for the sake of a rod bolt breaking.
If any one knows or has an idea which bolts I can use I would be forever grateful.
Thanks.
