rx7 flooded now won't start after deflooding

Rx7 flooded then I tried to deflood it now it won't start.no gas no spark? Idk

check for gas and spark..

How? Can you test the spark plugs like regular ones?

Have you cleaned and dried plugs.Won't start if wet

Ok now i'm getting both but the only way it will do anything is if you block off the air intake then it starts goes to 1000 and then dies
