Had some spare time on sunday arvo so got the steering column shroud done. It was wrinkle coat black originally so i got some from auto pro and it has come up good, probably more wrinkly than original but i like the look.

Looking good Matt! Love the heater. You crack me up, your build is like mine in the respect that when its time for re-assembly, every little bit is bubble wrapped and atored waiting for the magic day!!

I am looking forward to re-opening the bubble wrap on 3 years worth of work!!

This thing is going to be unreal with detail like this :D

And got these just after christmas they are nearly mint, the metal part that goes under the guard is corroded so i will be making new ones but the stem and top part including the glass is mint. But i am still going to get the top polished and stalks rechromed and all the other unseen bits rezinced, pics coming of resto.

The car is going in to my mates workshop to get engine and gearbox cross member to suit series 5 13B and 5 speed and custom tunnel done as the original tunnel has been hammered out at some stage for clutch fork clearance and looks shithouse. Motor will be bridgeported na not turbo.
