81 KZ550 LTD. This is an in between car parts project. Going to make it into a "Caf'Brat" style bike. Mods will include clip-ons, velocity stacks, knee indents, modified header or fab a 4 into 4 set, custom seat, chop off rear section, rearset and whatever else seems like a painful idea.

A little bit of mock up before I commit to final frame changes and seat design.

A couple more of my japanese bikes.

84 Yamaha XT250-just got it running again tonight. Doesnt want to idle yet, but works otherwise. Accelerates fine.

04 Yamaha TTR230-not a nostalgic but jap all the same. Larger jets, (advertised)high flow filter installed and exhaust baffle removed. Easier to wheely now. That plus an inexperienced friend explains the destroyed rear fender.

Finally got a plasma cutter for a deal!

Welded the rear frame hoop. I still have to make an angled box section to smooth out the whole job, as well as a lot of grinding.
