Well, I went to the chrome shop and suprised they haven't done anything yet. I'm really hoping they'd finish it up soon. God, all my stuffs has been laying in dust. I guess the painter wasn't the only one being slow. LOL

I realised there's tons of old Honda motorcycles there and some old Honda Parts. Seems like the chrome guy must be a Honda motorcyle fan. He has the Honda 90 under restoration

well asia is pretty warm, especially this part of the world. i am 7 degrees north of the equator. i think this is just normal temp, so perhaps it dries better?

chrome parts are not ready ed.

i now find out that im in a dilemma and indecisive in the color

im trying to copy the golden yellow color off the honda s800 into this car.

there is no code Y-13 and i am not sure how the color looks like

looking at the spectrum, it could be E, row5, it seems to have a shade of green

i dont know how it looks like to everyone, but anyone with great eyes, please let me know, thanks. heres sample pic of the s800 rsc

Those are some nice pictures 8) ,They sure make one want to rstore old hondas :D . I would say the color is something in between the F5 and the E5.Perhaps the picture of the one outside the museum is a different color from the rsc race car?
You should ask for the color code in the following forum, Its also really nice. You should post a link to your proyect there too :D .

http://www.1stgencivic.org/world/c1zr/m ... m.php?f=98

I can ask the question for you there if you want :D .

sure, well help me ask if you could. feels awkward since my car isnt a first gen. haha

anyways, i have additional info from a fellow Just-S members

Hello Kevin.
The color code plate on the fire wall of my '67 S800 clearly states the color as being code Y-13. If you would like more information, go to this web site and email the shop that restored my car and ask for the manufacturer and type of paint they used to match the original Honda Y-13 color. It is an exact match!.
http://www.harborvette.com/honda.htm
Good luck!
John

Kevin.
IMHO the best match is C-4.
John
