 Post subject: wiring problem? 78 accord

once again this is for my 78 accord.....

the radio taillights and dash lights wont come on the fuses are fine tho what could the problem be?

figured out the radio but the dash lights and tails still dont work :?

If you have a voltmeter handy, check for +12V to ground on both sides of the fuse. Also, check to see what the voltage is across the fuse. I'm leaning towards either a bad fuse or bad wiring connection somewhere. The fuses can look good, but still have an internal break that you can't see from the outside.
