Greetings! I have been around the scene for a few years now and have owned RWD Toyotas since the mid-90's. I've had three AE86 Corolla GT-S, a KP61 Starlet, and an AW11 MR2. I still have two of the Corollas, one coupe and one hatchback.

The coupe was my first car and has been a wonderful jack-of-all-trades, having served me as daily driver, road trip car, TSD rally car, rallycross car, autocross car, and even a couple of trackdays. It is lightly tuned and fun while retaining some practicality. The hatchback is more of a focused tarmac machine and a long-term project. It is low and stiff with adjustable suspension and is currently receiving a built 16-valve 4A-GE with programmable engine management and individual throttles, as well as a 6-speed manual from a Japanese-market Altezza! :D

Now for some pics:

Be seeing you guys around! 8)

Thanks guys! The gold turbines on the hatchback are a bit of a mystery. I bought them used in rough shape and refinished them. They are 14x7 with an offset of -9mm, and designed for a stepped lugnut with a washer. They have a stamping on the back that says "IMCO" Based on what I read here: http://www.roadsters.com/wheels/ IMCO stands for International Manufacturing Company, who made a lot of knock-offs of popular styles (Torq-Thrust, Turbine, Slot Mag, etc) for Datsun as dealer options on Z cars. If anyone knows any more information, I'd love to hear it.

Here is what they looked like when I got them:

Here they are after I had the bent one welded and machined, wheels blasted, and two of the three in the pic sanded and polished:

Now powdercoated and with tires mounted:

And installed:

I usually keep the Hayashi Perrier Mesh 15x7 on the hatchback, but sometimes I like a 14. :)

Welcome to JNC. I go up to Hood River sometimes. I love the entire Columbia River area. Nice rolas. I've always wanted one. Nice work on the rim restoration too. Keep us updated.
