I hail from South Louisiana. I've always been a honda addict but ever since my first cressida (1991) I've become somewhat of a toyota fanatic to say the least. Fixing to sell my 2008 car and have a olden as my only car at all. Debating about the practicalities of having a late 70's Early 80's car as the only one in your stable have become common place amongst me and my friends. Turning nostalgic dreams into reality is one hell of a headache. So hopefully I'll soak up some sense from the Toyota crowd here and figure out whether or not to pull the trigger on my very own daily classic.

Welcome to JNC. Hope you're not in the flood zone man. Louisiana has gone through some pretty tough times. Keep us updated.

So far I haven't been effected personally. Luckly my grandparents moved two years ago because the previous house is expected to soon be wading around in 5ft of water.

I don't know how many JNC'ers are from Louisiana but I'll be sure to toss around updates if the waters come my way.
