Hi Guys and Girls.

Thanks for having me!

Name's Ryan and im somewhat addicted to KE series Corollas.
Currently in Adelaide, South Australia.

I own and daily drive a KE38 wagon that i've built.

And about a week ago i picked up a KE36 2dr Windowless Panelvan.

Previously Owned a 71 KE25, 78 KE30 and an 81 KE38.

What is a KE38? A panel van version of KE36?

Hi SharmCos

A KE38 is a KE55 Wagon or Panelvan (Just the later version of a KE36). I've got the 4dr wagon variant.

It was actually the KE25 that appeared on Top Gear Australia where they went to lake eyre.

Ha nice. Apparently they took out the gearbox and engine and its sitting on a plinth in the studio now.

How much did they give you for it?

They Didnt Buy it off of me.

I bought it for $200 from a bloke at work.

Put a 4K in it and sold it for $500

Bloke did some body work on it, sold for 900

Next guy did nothing, sold for $1500

4K, 5spd and other good bits were taken off and replaced with a 3k and 4spd.

A while after that it turned up in the hands of the TGA crew.

Do you have any pics of your 25? 4KZ sounds good. I was actually half way thru doing a 4KZ conversion on the KE30 when it got defected :(
