Howdy from Texas. I've been working on my project for over a year now. It's a 1983 Dodge Challenger (Mitsubishi Scorpion). I have been scrounging Salvage yards and Craigslist for parts. These cars don't get much recognition. The simple, boxy lines remind me of an early Nova or the Toyota Corolla and Datsun 510.
I can still remember sitting in a brand new 1980 Challenger on a showroom floor! I was 15 years old and impressed by all the gadgets and the dual remote mirrors. I felt like I was in a spaceship.
