Just got my first oldie..and it has these wheels on it. 13x6 i believe. does anyone know what these are, and are they valuable or rare?

Rare, yes. Valuable, probably not.

Usually with old school wheels what makes them "valuable" is the size. That's a very low demand size. Most people want something (much) wider than 6".
