 Post subject: removing front and rear winshields without damage?

What method do you guys used to take out both the glass and the weatherstrip unharmed? Its an 80 accord and i dont want to damaage either because there are no replacements :x .

If there are some windshield rubber for them I want some :P

Im sure its the rubber kind and not glued :D .Will try contacting those sellers.If not, i will search a bit locally.If i still cant find them ill guess ill have to try :shock:

I used piano wire when I pulled mine out, but that was glued in
