Wheel experts,are these rare wheels?

Hey guys,

I have found an RX-7 that I am interested in buying. I has some very cool wheels on them,and I am not sure if they are rare or not. I would think they are,but I know little about wheels. The fact that they are the 4X110mm bolt pattern to fit the early RX-7 should make them rare,but I really don't know. The are WEDS Auto Bahn rims,and they can be seen in the last pic of this link:

Yeah, they're definitely old school and, in my eyes, rare. (Just don't tell the seller!)
How rare? It depends on how much are left in the world.
They do pop up for sale once in a while, but I'd definitely pick them up if I had a SA.

yeah, I concur with their rarity - just make sure they aren't 4x114.3 as the later SA22Cs changed to that stud pattern.

<offtopic> Damn, just noticed that guy had TWO facelift stereo surrounds for sale and a bunch of 2-seater bits. they're obviously long gone now, but why the hell didn't I see that earlier? Ughhh

ah, my apologies. I assumed you were linking to the wheels on someone else's for sale page, not your own :lol:

The storage bins aren't as big a concern anymore, but I'm still looking for a console surround; specifically, the one with pictures instead of writing for the heater controls. I'll flick you a PM about it.

I am not sure I have that one anymore,but I will check. I did sell one,but I am not sure which. If you are interested in anything smallish I could have my boss take it with him later this year as he travels to NZ quite often.

Maybe he could take it with him,and then mail it to you as it would be rather cheaper that way.

Holy Resurrection Batman,

So I am really close to getting this car for the wheels mostly,and then get it running to flip it,or give it to my dad. The wheels are 15"X7",and they will either be going on my 78 RX-7,or my 74 RX-4. Which do you think they will look best on?

Are these wheels Japanese?
