We have quite a selection of those here. Isuzu, Toyota, Mazda, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi and a crapload from India and China. They are called Double Cabs (DC) and come in a variety of petrol and diesels, 2x4 and 4x4. Those ones pictures are oldish Isuzus.

Nice, same as here! we have a lot of doble cabs here most of them imported from Japan and also built here by Mazda, Ford and Isuzu and also chinese pick ups ..
