The only problem with that car? It's just similar enough to the US MK1 Escort to reeeeeally piss me off... :x

Call me crazy, but I don't really hate the US MK2 Escort GT...

Lots of cool Mazda bits underneath... 8)

Meh. I'd stab a mofo for the MK3 Escort RS we didn't get. I always liked the basic shape of those cars, just not the bland sadness we were delivered in the US.

Likewise- I've always been in love with the looks of the 1st generation Taurus, and someday I will build a RWD one, slammed on some deep mesh wheels, burgundy/gunmetal two tone, with the current Taurus SHO's 3.5 Ecoboost motor run through a T56, with an IRS rear end.

Mmmm. 8)

And then me and Robocop will protect all of Detroit, together.

Protect it from what? There's nobody left there.

lol. Contrary to popular belief, and the thousands of pictures everyone takes of Michigan Central Station, the Packard plant, and Fisher Body 23, most of Detroit has inhabitants. It's no bustling city, but there's still 800,000+ living in it.

There's just no Taurus driving Robots to clean the rest up yet. But they're working on it, I hear.

Ahh...the English AE86?

Erm,no...the ae86 was the japanese Escort

They're comanding some high prices over here now....especially those with motorsport history. People are turning to the 4 doors and wagons now as a lot of the 2 doors have been bought up for Irish rallying.

Here's a good video of classic Escorts (and a lot of other cars) rallying in Finland. Warning: lots of carnage.
