Anyone else into vintage 70s-80s Japanese robots. I grew up watching most of these charactes when I was a kid in the PI and eventually collected them growing up. These were cheap back in the days and I also scored few during the hay days of Ebay when they were mostly dirt cheap.

bro is that your collection?!?

some of the robots you have on your pics were the same ones i had when i was a kid!

i used to have a couple of the big tall robots that shot missles and fists given to me by some rich Tito's and Tita's!!!

don't have them anymore... they were donated a long time ago.

Alot of these are from when I was a little kid. I never really played rough with my toys and kept the boxes. As a youngster I used to hustle on my BMX delivering newspapers and spending most of my money on this stuff. I did aquire quite a few when I started making some real money when Ebay was just starting up.

Gigantor is there as well as Astroboy, I don't think I have Voltron there.

I never really dug into the new stuff like gundam. most of what I have is late 70s to the early 80s.

That's bad-ass! Can't say that I still have any of my old ones... but I had Voltron and a few other robots from Little Tokyo when my parents used to drive out here. Can't remember the names of the others! Had a lot of Transformers but not sure if those are considered Japanese...

You have an impressive collection! The only thing I really have from my child-hood collection are my comics. I have a lot from the late 80's and early 90's... a few newer ones I got into for short whiles.

Lets see what you have, bro. What particular suff do you collect? Living in Japan does have its perks when you are into these kind of things.

Rooster, I do have a Voltus. If you look at the top picture on the top row all the way to your right.
