I saw this on Maxima.org... It looks like an 87-88 Nissan Maxima limo. That thing musta been awesome, when it was running. Wonder if they converted it to RWD, to haul mofos around. :)

It looks so 80's... kinda like what you would see, the drug dealers on Miami Vice driving. lol

Yep, there kinda rare to see in there... although, I've seen a complete 80's AMG Hammer Mercedes, black, complete with full ground effects kit... and gold grille and emblem package. It even had chrome hammer rims.

I was thinking... who would junk such an awesome ass ride. 8)

Ouch. Junking one of your favorite cars, can be worse than a kick in the jewels.

That body style Maxima has been one of my favorite cars EVER since I was a kid. My god, I love that car. I cant believe someone would junk a Maxima limo. :(

Ya can't really blame them..... can you imagine how much China was giving them, pound for pound, for THAT much scrap metal? :)

Lol, we went down to MD just to grab the Kaminari kit off the car as Transambandit has this picture in his mind of his " perfect " U11 Maxima

Nope.

U11's were FWD

The previous generation 81-84 ( think datsun 910) were rwd.

This car was pulled from some backyard here in NY last year by a tow company

Last registered in 1993. Sad to say they junked the car

1983 5spd Maxima :(

I knew this thread would provide awesomeness just by the title alone.

Such a sad story though... I'd love to roll that badass machine!!

Ha, reminds me of the TWO 87ish Honda Accord limo's that roam around here.

I'll look em up... EDIT: Ah, good ol' internet!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojC2n3tmhro
Here's the white one I've seen most recently about two years ago, some old man drives it now(must be him in the video) and it looks funny going down the road as if it's not tracking straight.

Back in 2001 or 2002 this house I used to drive by had two of these cars, that white one and then this ugly primer black one. I'd never seen this black one drive, it'd just been sitting out in their driveway, sometimes covered by a tarp.
