I'm thinking it's time for another meet!!! who else is ready?

Maybe first weekend April... What would you all like to do and or where would you like to meetup at?

We have meet at the bellevue wa Uwajimaya before which seemed like a pretty good central location

Ha! great timing. I haven't logged in here in months. I'd totally be up for a meet. Though my Starion has been down all winter (engine rebuild) and I doubt it will be ready by the first weekend in April.

But I could show up in my "new" daily driver. It's Japanese and it's 17 years old. So it's "kinda" nostalgic

Hahaha. There have been times when I've wanted to sell that car... also light it on fire... push it off a cliff... But I just can't escape. That, and my wife loves the car and has barred me from ever selling it. Crazy crazy woman.

Nah, the car is very much alive and well... I blew a freeze plug at the end of last summer so I decided it was a good time to yank the motor and correct a bunch of design flaws with the 4G swap. Andre at Pina Motorsports has been rebuilding the engine and he is truly a master at his art. The man knows his Mitsubishis. I think I'm also going to make the jump from my reflashed DSM ECU over to true stand-alone EMS so I can finally dyno tune the car... Never been dynoed since the swap.

Anyway... Not trying to hijack the thread.

We should have a meet! :tu:

My wagon just broke (fuel tank leaking and suspension issues), so I'm out for while or until I get my coupe up and running.

Well the Skyline looks like it will be down most of the summer, but it will return with much awesomeness. Once I get the skyline out of my garage for the summer, I am moving the 510 out of storage and back into the garage, so I can start working on it again. So that leaves me with my 350z and thats not a very nostalgic car to bring to a nostalgic meet.

Cool, I'll charge the battery, and wash the Z off for a meet. BTW, Don was that your Celica I saw pictures of at the Datsun Golden Gardens meet? I can't believe I missed that one, I was even looking for something to do that day.

One Week Bump.... Who is going to be able to make it?

I'm thinking the Bellevue Uwajimaya which is more of a central location. Lets say Sunday Apr 8th @ 11am until whenever. That way there is time to hang out and figure out what we want to do for lunch and or if we want to do a cruise too.

April 15th Sunday is the Whidby Island MR2 cruise... At least I think it is... There hasn't been any activity on that thread over at MR2OC for several weeks now... And we're getting down to the wire... so I'm not sure if it's still on...

If it is, I'll be attending that event. If it gets cancelled I'll be at the JNC meetup if that's the new date :-)

If a smaller group of people want to meetup on the 8th, I'm still game... though I'll have to show up in the MR2 as the Starion is still in rebuild hell.

but I'm game.

So it looks like the Whidby Island MR2 Run is in fact happening Sunday the 15th. So as previously planned I'll be attending that.

Even though I'll be off rolling with the MR2 gang, the weather looks fantastic all weekend long! You should totally bump this on other forums and make the first JNC meetup of the year a big one!
