I got those same fender mirrors. Easy to install and have had no problems with them.

Did you have to take off your fenders to install them?

No but you have to drill two (usually) holes on the fender.

I took off the front wheels and took off the plastic inner fender liner. Drilled 2 holes and bolted them on from underneath. Put the inner fender in and the wheels back on. Make sure to use some loc-tite when you put the nuts on the mirrors so the nuts wont come loose. Other cars might be different and might have to remove the fender to do the job.

Wow.. you had that wagon for a minute, too. When did you finally sell it?

Sorry to see it go.. what did you get to replace it? :(

Lol what you mean i had that wagon also? You knew someone else who owned it? If so, i was the original owner. I replaced that wagon with my 75 celica.
Back to the topic of fender mirrors though, installation is pretty much straight forward. Some cars like my celica have indicators under the fender to show you where to drill the holes
