Heck, I would hardly call it a Bluebird... :P

2dr sedan Bluebirds are so rare most think they don't even exist...

Now if it had a Coupe roofline, or was a 4dr... 8)

This is missing in my collection and I'm not sleeping well.

I'm sure you're aware, but you know there's 3 colours? Don't recall the blue one quite being that shade.

Here, they just released the 3rd R35 skyline in silver.......

what's your phone #? Next time we do a Datsun at Hot Wheels I'll run it by you for approval :P

So what happens here is...me (HW designer) and the sculptor of the HW 510 (also Datsun fan) did a BRE styled car, '69 of course since that's the desireable year. Packaging group didn't realize there are differences between various years of the 510's (they are not Datsun freaks like us) and went ahead and did the art without running it by design...package comes out, too late. But no one other than Datsunfreak and Mattel internal Datsun freaks seem to notice

So as Ben can imagine, I have a TON of diecast. I'll start with some custom Hot Wheels 510's given to me by various customizers from all over...

Surprised no-one has mentioned the Fresh Cherries diecasts -- I get them at Wal-Mart for a couple of bucks apeice. Wish my camera was working, 'cause I got a 1975 Civic CVCC and a 1982 Accord (both 1/87, I believe). I also got a 1987 Tempo and a 1976 Pinto, but that's another story.

The local suppliers here only seem to have the Pinto, Vega, and Pacer. Never seen the JNCs...
