The Longchamp vs. RS-Watanabe discussion got me wondering.

Any of the Hayashi Racing Command series and the Weds Autobahns. Those are my favorites.

The original 5-spoke Equips get my vote.

Speaking of Watanabes. I finally got mine after waiting a year for a "friend" to ship them to me. I finally just organised the shipping myself. Took me a couple of weeks to do what my "friend" couldn't organise in a year.

Wheel nuts have dissapeared though

I had to vote for Hoshino Impul, but I was SOOOOO tempted to do the funky 2 or 3 spoke one, since I actually meet both those requirements with my Impl Hoshino RS-IIIs, and I usually gravitate towards older Advans like the Oni or the A3A.

I had to vote my conscience and went with the mesh. Epsilon, Enkei, SSR, BBS, Weds and there are more I am forgetting.

On that list, SSR MKII or MKIII, narrowly.

For the skyline, gold centred, deep dished 16 or 17" BBS RS (in minimum 9/10" widths) would be the go, ultimate Gr. A touring car style.

Sick sick rim, I voted SSR Mk3's as I have a set of them and I love them, but gotta say the Bright Speeds or Sakura's would have been worth a mention in the voting.

Anyone know if the Sakura's came in a split or with a deeper dish at all?

Gotta have that mesh.

I do have a thing for the Datsun swastika wheels though.

My third favorite is the old AR designs. The Libre, Spectre, and Vector especially.
