Normally they are very good at getting back to you.

Depending where you are (you haven't filled out your location details in your profile) depends how long they will take to arrive but normally it should be within 2-3 weeks.

If you have not received your order and have had no reply to your emails then please let me know and I will make the shop aware of the situation.
