I'm basically looking for the Jdm legends of Washington state. I'm looking to get my wifes 85 Toyota van restored and hopefully fitted with a better engine (4age, 20r...). Any help would be great. I just moved to wa from Ut do I don't know the scene. Thanks.

Old Series Garage seem like a great shop. I don't know them personally, but admired their work bringing this thing around. "[something that]...accelerated like a Supra and looked like it was dragged out of a field."

Vintage Customs near Seattle. They mostly do Alfa Romeos, but the owner has a thing for 510s. I've seen the work they do and its very impressive. Heck the new owner of my wrecked '69 Alfa GTV sent the remains to him to resurrect. I think they have done a Datsun roadster or two as well.
